Commercial
Warranty:
•
In addition to the legal warranty, JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID
202268928) also offers a commercial warranty, which, in some cases, provides
better conditions than the legal warranty. Please note that the commercial
warranty does not limit the terms of the legal warranty.
•
The commercial warranty applies only to defects that the goods had when
purchased (original defect).
• JSC
"Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) offers a commercial warranty for
free after the sale repair of the damaged device or replacement with the
consent of the customer - in the first period of the full warranty - 2 (two)
years, which includes bearing all costs (including postage, labor and
materials) by the seller, necessary to ensure compliance of the goods with the
conditions provided for in this agreement; In the second period of the full
warranty, JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) will bear service
costs, however the cost of spare parts and transportation will be paid by the
customer.
• The
commercial warranty of JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) also
applies to products of the special (specialty) category - which is defined by
the corresponding symbol on the warranty card - sp. The conditions of the
mentioned commercial warranty for sp category items imply the following:
1.
If, within 2 years after the sale of the sp category product, it is found to
have an initial defect and JSC “Elit Electronics“ (ID 202268928) confirms such
a defect with the appropriate conclusion, the item will be replaced with the
consent of the customer in accordance with the rules established by the
company.
2.
In case if:
a.
The product of the sp category also comes with a commercial warranty of JSC
"Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) for a period of more than 2 years,
and 2 years after the purchase, an initial defect of the item will be found,
which will be confirmed by JSC “Elit Electronics“ (ID 202268928) with the
appropriate report - free warranty service will be provided to the customer.
b.
If 2 years have passed since the sale of the sp category item (although the
commercial warranty period of JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928)
is still valid) and the warranty-damaged item cannot be repaired within a
reasonable time – 30 calendar days after delivery to the recommended service
center, with the consent of the customer, the item will be replaced according
to the rules established by the company.
Warranty
service is not provided, it is canceled if:
•
When changing the item, if the customer did not hand over the item to the
representative of the authorized service center with a complete set, only the
part of the item that was handed over will be replaced;
•
the legal and commercial warranty period of the equipment has expired;
•
The customer cannot present the warranty document and it is otherwise
impossible to identify the item;
•
Information in the warranty document has been deleted or altered and the item
cannot otherwise be identified;
•
The data on the sold item has been deleted, changed, altered, the serial number
is not readable/is removed on the item, and the item cannot be otherwise
identified;
•
The damage is caused by the removal of the seal or stamp;
•
The defect is caused by physical impact and improper operation;
•
The damage is caused by lightning, foreign bodies and liquids penetration,
violation of conditions of operation and storage rules;
•
Damage caused by fluctuating, high or low power electricity supply;
•
The defect is caused by a malfunction of the electronic network, or the
mechanism is damaged due to its damping caused by the customer;
•
Installation or repair work carried out by other unauthorized persons, which caused
damage to the item;
• The
purchased equipment was used for commercial and entrepreneurial purposes.
The
warranty service is not performed if the number of pixels on the mobile phone,
tablet, camera, projector, monitor, TV set is less than the number of pixels
determined by the manufacturer.
The
replacement of the item is carried out with the consent of the customer, only
with the item of the same or higher (covering the difference) value available
for sale at the time of replacement.
The
servicing service center is not responsible for the storage of information
loaded into the device by the customer.
